About This Event

Yoga Myth and Movement takes place at The Hot Box Sauna in Cork. This wellness session focuses on a deeper yoga practice to cultivate courage, compassion, strength, presence and joy. Tickets are priced between £10.00 and £70.00.

A deeper yoga practice for cultivating courage, compassion, strength, presence and joy in the body and mind.

Join 600RYT yoga teacher Karen Olivia for a deeper yoga practice weaving myth and story into dynamic asana flow, somatic movement and pranayama. Each week, we will embody the qualities of a different god and goddess in the yogic philosophy.

Expect a creative yoga flow that helps cultivate courage, compassion, strength, presence and joy in your body and mind.

All levels welcome, from curious beginners to experienced yogis looking to deepen the spiritual practice of yoga.

Enjoy a relaxing sauna after your practice at the Hot Box Sauna just steps away from the studio!
