A small, guided group breathwork session in Douglas, Cork. All levels welcome. 90 minutes to breathe, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Somatic breathwork is something that has changed my own life & I would be honoured to have you join me for a private group session where you get to experience the power of your breath.

Conscious connected breathwork works directly with the body and the nervous system, underneath the thinking mind. These sessions give you the space & time to release stored emotion, discharge stagnant energy and move through blocks & patterns that are holding you back.

This is for people who want to reconnect deeply with themselves. Who want to deepen their trust with their own body, build capacity within their nervous system, and make more room for joy, peace and fulfilment.

It's for people who want to feel more calm and regulatedas they move through their everyday life - not just for the 90 minutes we're together, but in the way they show up afterwards. More capacity to sit with a difficult feeling instead of needing it to disappear immediately. More room to actually feel connected to yourself, to the people around you, to your own life.

I hold this work as trauma-informed, and always at the pace of your own nervous system. Nothing here is about forcing your body into a state it isn't ready for. It's about giving yourself the space to actually see what's already there, because I truly believe we already carry our own answers. We just aren't often given the space to listen for them. This is that space.

This is for you regardless of your experience - whether you've never tried breathwork before or it's already part of your life. All levels, all backgrounds, all welcome.

Growth to me is never about becoming someone new. It's about stripping back what's disconnected you from who you already are and building the safety and trust to come home to that person again.

A note on safety:

Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice, and it isn't suitable for everyone. Please don't book if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, have a cardiovascular condition (including high blood pressure or a history of heart attack or stroke), have recently had surgery or have been diagnosed with a severe mental health condition such as psychosis or bipolar disorder. If you have any concerns about whether this practice is right for you, please contact your GP before booking, or reach out to me directly and we can talk it through.
