Step into a deeply restorative morning designed to gently guide your body and mind back into balance.

Join us in the serene setting of the Carriguan Room at The Grainstore, Ballymaloe, for a unique group experience combining the powerful resonance of sound healing with the subtle, hands on support of Craniosacral Therapy.

This immersive session is created to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with a sense of inner calm and clarity.

What to expect:

You will be guided into relaxation through a soothing sound bath, where therapeutic frequencies help quiet the mind and soften the body.

Throughout the session, we will offer gentle Craniosacral Therapy touch, supporting deeper release and nervous system regulation in a group setting.

Following the indoor experience, you are welcome to enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding us. We encourage a self-guided mindful walk through the stunning grounds of Ballymaloe House.

This quiet integration time allows you to deepen your connection to stillness, nature, and inner peace.

This experience is held by Stefanie Blech of Croí Centre, and Megan Roche of The Still Point Craniosacral - both experienced practitioners dedicated to supporting holistic wellbeing.
