Introduction to Acupuncture & Ear Seeds

Ever wondered what acupuncture is really like?

Whether you’ve been curious for years or are simply looking for a gentle way to slow down, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to experience acupuncture in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Together, we’ll explore some of the beautiful principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and how they can help us navigate the stresses of modern life. We’ll chat about balance, why we often feel constantly “on”, and simple ways to support your mind and body in everyday life.

You’ll then enjoy a calming mini acupuncture treatment, followed by the application of ear seeds to take a little piece of that calm home with you.

No experience is needed, and there’ll be plenty of time to ask questions throughout.
