These classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, with Lauren providing modifications and variations throughout the yoga sequence to cater to different levels. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts and bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have a yoga mat, please let Lauren know in advance and she will provide one for you.
