This time, we’ll gather by the sea as we approach the Full Sturgeon Moon + lunar eclipse an evening to slow down, come back into the body + create space for whatever you’re ready to let go of

Ceremonial cacao

Grounding + guided meditation

Connected breathwork

Reflection + release ritual

Sound + integration

Optional sea dip

No experience with cacao, breathwork or meditation needed just come exactly as you are 🫂
