An evening of circus on screen! In partnership with Gearr, Blue Cherry Media, and The Pav

Circus Shorts Film Night celebrates the creativity, storytelling and artistry through a vibrant selection of short films. Presented in partnership with Gearr, Cork's newest short film festival, it brings together exciting filmmaking with the spirit of collaboration and artistic exchange.

The evening features a screening of “Claudette”, presented by Blue Cherry Media, with special guest Galway-based filmmaker Bruno Pierucci joining for a post-screening conversation. The film offers an intimate portrait of the much-loved production by the acclaimed circus company Hippana.Maleta, whose sold-out show “Runners” captivated audiences during the inaugural UpDown Circus Festival.

It is a great opportunity to see inspiring films, meet the new festival Gearr and discover more about this new addition to Cork’s film landscape. A relaxed setting for networking and connecting with filmmakers.
