Your morning begins in The Gallery Suite, where Hayley will guide you through a deeply restorative one-hour session. Facial acupuncture uses fine acupuncture needles to stimulate the skin, support circulation and encourage natural rejuvenation, while the calming vibrations of the sound bath help quieten the mind and encourage a deeper sense of relaxation.

Designed as a moment to reset and recharge, the experience brings together skin wellness, mindfulness and rest in the peaceful surroundings of The Montenotte.

Following the session, make your way to Panorama for a leisurely brunch accompanied by beautiful views across Cork City.
