This is not your typical breathwork class. Throughout the experience, I incorporate neuroplastic practices to help you get closer to the emotions, thoughts and fear-based beliefs we so often spend our lives trying not to feel. Grief, shame, anger, resentment, fear, self-doubt, and the deeper protective patterns that can quietly shape how we respond to ourselves and our lives.

This is an opportunity to decompress some of the pressure you have been carrying, experience emotional release, explore what is happening beneath the surface and begin responding differently to discomfort rather than automatically fighting, avoiding or suppressing it.

Because real change often begins when we are willing to get close to the parts of ourselves we normally move away from.

- Chronic high or low blood pressure (with fainting history)

- Epilepsy or seizure disorders

- Retinal detachment

- Severe asthma

- Recent major surgeries or injuries

- Panic attacks or unmanaged anxiety

- Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis

- PTSD (unless actively managed and supported)

- PREGNANCY (consult your doctor first & please let me know on the day)
