Java Light are celebrating the release of their second single releasing September 28th, Always Almost.

Java Light are a five piece alternative indie rock band that have recently emerged from Cork's growing and vibrant music scene.

Formed on Valentines day in 2025, us best friends have been writing and scheming, while playing any gig we can get our hands on <3

Our sound blends atmospheric indie textures with driving rhythms, melodic hooks and an energetic live presence. We place strong emphasis on tight musicianship , creative lyrics and creating an immersive set that connects with audiences who have been known to shake ass and shed tears (often both at the same time).

The band is made up of Millie Thomas on vocals, James Foxall on guitar (and vocals), Lavinia Waldron on guitar (and vocals), Paddy Bergin on bass and Conor Dunphy on drums.
