From Kinsale to Cork, a rooftop brunch takeover inspired by Cork produce, Sophie's Plates & Blacks Distillery cocktails!

This August, Sophie’s brings the Aperitivo Club to the rooftop for a Cork-inspired brunch takeover as part of Cork on a Fork Festival.

Join us on Saturday 15th or Sunday 16th August, 12:30–3PM, for a feel-good afternoon celebrating the very best of Cork, from Kinsale to the city.

Your ticket includes a signature Blacks Distillery gin serve on arrival, choose between a Sophie’s Rhubarb Refresher or Rooftop Smash It, paired with standout Italian inspired brunch plates and skyline views over the city. Expect a DJ spinning throwback classics, great energy all afternoon, and a limoncello taste to finish, because no Aperitivo Club is complete without it.

This isn’t just brunch, it’s a rooftop celebration of Cork’s food and drink scene. Think bold flavours, local producers, great music, and cocktails with your favourite people.

Tables seat up to 6 guests. For larger parties (e.g. 10 for a company booking), just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
