From jellyfish-filled seas to record-breaking marathons, hear Louis Alexander share his adventures in an intimate one-hour talk.

Join us at Eastcote Park on Thursday 19th November for a free event with professional adventurer, three-time Guinness World Records title holder and Cinnamon Care Collection ambassador Louis Alexander, with talks at 11.30am and 3pm.

As the first and only person to run marathon distances on all seven continents and swim marathon distances in all seven seas, Louis has pushed the limits of human endurance in some of the world's most challenging environments.

In summer 2024, Louis completed seven marathon swims across the Seven Seas in just seven weeks. He endured the intense heat of the Arabian Sea, navigated jellyfish-filled waters in the Black Sea and braved the cold waters of the North Sea. More recently, he completed eight marathons across eight Australian cities in less than seven days, earning his third Guinness World Records title.

But behind these extraordinary achievements is a deeply personal motivation. After losing his grandfather to dementia, Louis made a promise to support the search for a cure. His expeditions have since raised tens of thousands of pounds for dementia research, and he is now working with Race Against Dementia, the charity founded by three-time Formula 1 World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart OBE, to support its mission.

Come and hear Louis share the stories behind his adventures, the challenges he's faced and the determination that keeps him going.
