About your hosts:
Lexi's Loving Spoonful
Alexis is a chef and nutritional therapist with over 15 years experience in the catering and wellness industries.
Lexi's Loving Spoonful is her way of sharing the health, happiness and love that can be found in food, with as many people as she can.
She cooks using only the best quality ingredients she can find, developing menus based around the seasons.
Her passion is to show you how really healthy food can be truly delicious and look amazing too, and to empower you to be able to enjoy this way of eating all the time.
Lex continues to expand on what she offers into the places she cooks, as she progresses through the Hands of Light Energy Healing School, as well as sharing her own passion for harmonium and devotional mantra.
Julie - Little Brown Bottles
Julie is a heart-led space holder who weaves together her deep love for cacao, music, and sacred community to create ceremonies that nourish the soul.
As a Kirtan leader, women’s circle host, and experienced ceremony facilitator, she brings people together in joyful devotion, creating spaces where connection and belonging can truly bloom.
With a background in psychology, emotional aromatherapy and breathwork facilitation, her offerings are grounded in a rich blend of Eastern and Western traditions—bringing together ancient wisdom and modern insight to support both gentle healing and joyful expression.
Alex - Basis Holistics
Alex is a yoga teacher, breathwork and cacao ceremony facilitator, kirtan leader and founder of Basis Holistics.
His work explores the meeting place between ancient yogic wisdom and modern understanding of the breath and nervous system, weaving together yoga, conscious connected breathwork, mantra, music, sacred sound and cacao.
Mantra and the relationship between sound and breath have become an increasingly important part of Alex's own practice and teaching. Whether through kirtan, breathwork, cacao ceremony or movement, his approach is rooted in creating accessible spaces where people can turn inward, reconnect and experience these practices for themselves.
Alex is also the founder of Rugby Kirtan Community, where he helps lead regular community kirtan gatherings alongside his sister Julie, his partner Alexis and friend and drummer Sam.
