An afternoon intentionally curated to take care of the body, mind and spirit whilst building a sisterhood - join us on Saturday 3rd Oct!

Have you ever wondered what it would look like to practice a mindfulness exercise in a space intentionally curated to strengthen Faith through scripture, music and movement? Followed by a time together to meet likeminded women and build community? FIT 4 FAITH invites you to an afternoon planned just for that!

PART ONE

You will have the option to pick one of the following classes:

Group 1 : 50 minute mixed level reformer pilates class

A low-impact, moderately-intense class designed to work the full body, in a space curated to uplift the spirit through music and the use of scripture. This class will be followed by the activities listed below under Part Two (incuded in the ticket).

Group 2 : 50 minute yoga class

This class is carefully designed to calm the body through stretches that build strength and flexibility, and encourage peace of mind through the use of scripture. This class will be followed by the activities listed below under Part Two (incuded in the ticket).

Part TWO (Included in both tickets) : Paint, praise, picnic
