Our sound bath experiences use carefully selected instruments that have been trusted to promote healing and wellbeing. From the deep, resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls and the gentle whispers of crystal bowls to the deep echoes of gongs, no one session is the same and is thoughtfully crafted to create a sacred space where you can simply be. Reiki healing will also be brought to you by Emma of Reiki and Beyond, who has more than 20 years experience as a reiki master. Reiki is a form of energy healing which originated in Japan more than 100 years ago. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing (touch and no touch - no touch in our sound baths) where universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client, to encourage emotional or physical healing. Whether you're seeking restoration from life's daily pressures, searching for a moment of precious 'me-time', or embarking on a deeper healing journey, our sound baths offer a gentle pathway to reconnection. The vibrational frequencies and resonance work with your body's natural rhythms, helping stress to melt away. We understand everyone's journeys and reasons for wanting to attend sound baths are unique. We welcome people from every background and experience level. No prior knowledge is needed – just an openness to receive the restorative gifts sound can offer. About Kara, your sound bath guide Having spent nearly two decades in the corporate world, commuting back and forth to London and navigating demanding business environments, I understand first-hand the toll busy lives can take on our wellbeing. It was during this time that I discovered sound bathing as my own escape and sanctuary. Now trained in reiki and passionate about sound healing, I lead each session with genuine understanding of what it means to seek peace amid life's chaos. Whether you're juggling corporate pressures, managing family responsibilities, or simply craving a moment of calm in your busy world, I'm here to support you, and guide you towards the same sense of ease and restoration that changed my own life.
