Paul spent a decade working inside the employee benefits world: for insurers, wellbeing providers, and broker firms before going independent. He now works with small and medium-sized businesses across the UK as their strategic benefits partner: helping them spend smarter, reduce absence, and build packages their people actually understand and use.
