A sound bath is a meditative experience that guides the brain into a theta state, linked to REM sleep, supporting cellular healing and mind-body recalibration. The sound waves activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to lower blood pressure, release tension, reduce anxiety, and promote deep relaxation.

Taking just an hour allows you relax and drift into this restorative state and awaken refreshed, with your inner compass gently realigned by therapeutic frequencies.

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and able to remain still and comfortable with sound vibrations throughout the session. Please note: this experience is not suitable for children under 13.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE SESSION

Settle into a comfortable position, wrap yourself in a blanket, and let the healing sounds wash over you, inviting deep calm, inner clarity, and energetic renewal. This 60-minute session begins with a gentle guided meditation, followed by a rich sound bath featuring instruments like the Ocean drum, Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, and Gongs. The gong’s powerful vibrations help release stress, restore balance, and awaken a profound sense of letting go.

Tickets must be purchased prior to attending on a first come first served basis, no drop ins

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you're unable to attend a session, the ticket is non-refundable however your ticket may be transferred to another session of the same type within a 2-month period , provided we receive cancellation notice at least 6 hours in advance of the booked session start time. Please note that multiple transfer requests for the same original ticket are not permitted.

All transfer requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

NON-ATTENDANCE

To ensure a calm and uninterrupted experience for all participants, please arrive promptly no earlier than 18:35 pm & at least 5 minutes before the 18:45pm start to allow you time to use the site facilities & settle down getting comfortable .

LATE ATTENDANCE

Doors will be shut promptly to avoid any disturbance.. Late arrival may result in being unable to join the session, as entry once the session has begun can disrupt the therapeutic environment.

• The session will last for one hour.

• Free parking is available on site using the allocated parking spaces provided.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or similar, plus any items to support your comfort—such as a cushion, pillow, blanket, or eye mask,to create a cosy space for your session. Bottled water is recommended.

WHO CAN ATTEND THE SESSION

Teenagers aged 13 and above are welcome, provided they can tolerate sound vibrations, remain quiet, and lie down or sit comfortably throughout the session. All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
