Join us for our monthly Sunday evening breathing circle, a guided group experience taking place at Shine Yoga Studios in Belper, with an invitation to slow down and re-set for the week ahead.

We will be using a circular breathing technique called Conscious Connected Breath, to slow down, connect with our inner world and restore balance. In this practice, you will be invited to lie down in a safe, held space and gently breathe in a connected pattern—without pauses between the inhale and exhale—allowing the body and mind to enter a naturally altered, yet fully conscious state.

The circle will open with a group share (for those who want to) and intention setting, before moving to a grounding practice. We will then move to the circular breathing practice for about an hour, where you will be invited to go an inner journey of self-awareness and process anything that needs completion within the body. At the end there will be opportunity to share our experience for those who feel comfortable.

The sessions are 2 hours in total and will be a maximum of 12 people.
