OurCo-op Men's Voices is more than an event. It's a space for connection, conversation and support.

Taking place during International Men's Day week, Men's Voices brings members together to celebrate the positive promotion of men's mental health and wellbeing.

This annual event that has taken place for the last eight years has given men the chance to get together with feedback being overwhelmginly possitive and an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and join a community of men who are ready to listen, learn and support one another.

This year, we're delighted to welcome Chris, Midlands Lead for Andy's Man Club, as our keynote speaker. Through his experience and insight, Chris will share powerful perspectives on the importance of talking openly and breaking down the stigma surrounding men's mental health.

Throughout the day, attendees will take part in engaging and interactive workshops exploring topics that can shape and influence our wellbeing.

From thought-provoking discussions and inspirational speakers to mindfulness activities and moments of reflection, Men's Voices creates a safe and welcoming environment where every voice matters. Whether you're looking for support, a fresh perspective, or simply the chance to connect with others, this is a day designed to remind us that none of us need to face life's challenges alone.
