Las Fokin Biches

Originally from Irapuato, Guanajuato, this all-female punk rock band has stood out for their energy and commitment, both musically and socially. Since their beginnings, they have released productions such as the demo "Mamá me está molestando", the LP "Relatos Siniestros Sólo para Dementes" (2012), and the album "Somos" (2020), working with figures like Gerry Rosado from Discos Intolerancia.

Throughout their career, they have performed across Mexico, participating in projects like the films "Eddie Reynolds y los Ángeles de Acero" (2014) and "God is a Bullet" (2022), also contributing music to the soundtracks. Their work goes beyond music, with performances in public squares, schools, prisons, and festivals, promoting access to culture.

During the pandemic, they launched the virtual program "Somos Chingonas", focused on spotlighting women artists and their projects, reinforcing their role as advocates for female talent in the music industry. Their trajectory reflects a spirit of rebellion, inclusion, and cultural commitment that resonates with diverse audiences.

Aurastruck

Aurastruck is a young punk band based in Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire composed of six members: Ivan (Vocals), Keila (Vocals), Winnie (Guitar), Charlotte (Bass), Katie (Drums), and Vincci (Keyboard). Their main goal is to uplift young queer and female voices - shedding light on the current socio-political climate and the sentiments of young people everywhere. Spanning an array of music styles such as punk rock, they are not limited to one style, as they dig their roots in gothic rock, riotgrrl, and other genres too. However, consistent throughout their musical style is relentless emotion and showmanship, which is only amplified by their passionate lyrics and powerful aesthetics.
