Slow down and breathe deeply in the beautiful gathering space in Allestree Park. Offering of a full psychic reading based on nature.

This collaboration creates a unique offering for connection, creativity and space to breathe deeply in the beautiful woodlands at Allestree Park.

Mindfulness:

Ali is a forest bathing guide and circle facilitor. Ali is passionate about nature connection, and holding space for others to let go and be present. Ali will guide meditations to help bring our awareness to the moment.

Creativity:

We have created a series of written creative prompts incorporating Sally's wisdom and experience, and Ali's passion for facilitating nature connection in creative and playful ways. Participants will be invited to choose a promt to help tap into their own creativity.

It's not about what we create, it's the process of slowing down and doing it. Here we make time to slow down, breathe, and see what comes up.

Examples will include finding a sit spot to notice what's around you, prompts for prose and poetry, and doing some mindful colouring (everything will provided).

This is space for artists, creatives, busy parents and professionals... and anyone who would like to step back and slow down for a few hours in good company.

Pyschic Nature Reading:

Sally will offer psychic nature readings. She will use the beautiful surroundings as a way to connect to the messages waiting for you. Sally's readings are always delivered with warmth, honesty, and compassion. She believes that messages from spirit are gifts of love, and she feels privileged to share them.

The offer of a reading is optional, and Sally will explain more on the day. Of course, no offence taken if you decide not to have a reading.

Snacks and Drinks:

Herbal tea, water, and snacks will be available throughout the session.

Facilities:

There are toilets a short walk away, at the back of the Allestree Park Hall.
