Join us for our September Women’s Collective session – a monthly programme delivered by The Manasi Foundation in collaboration with EMCCA and Sporting Communities.

The Women’s Collective is a space for women to come together, move their bodies, learn something new and invest in their wellbeing. Our sessions take place on the last Saturday of every month, with each session offering a different experience focused on health, wellness, creativity and personal development.

Under 18s must be supervised by a responsible adult.

What to expect:

10:00am–11:00am | Dance Fitness 💃

Start your morning by moving your body, having fun and getting your energy flowing with an uplifting dance fitness session. No experience needed – just come as you are and enjoy yourself!

11:00am onwards | Ayurvedic Skincare Workshop 🧖‍♀️✨

Following the fitness session, we’ll be joined by Natalie from Healoasis, who will guide us through an introduction to Ayurvedic skincare and demonstrate how to perform an Ayurvedic-inspired facial.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about creating a mindful skincare ritual and taking time out to care for yourself.

This is a relaxed and welcoming space to meet other women, try something new and prioritise your wellbeing.
