Join us on World Mental Health Day as we celebrate the incredible journey and achievements of the Freedom Project.

Over the course of the project, we have worked alongside individuals, communities and partner organisations to promote wellbeing, recovery and resilience through a range of trauma-informed complementary therapies and community wellbeing initiatives. This special event is an opportunity to reflect on everything we've achieved together, recognise those who have been part of the journey, and experience some of the therapies that have been at the heart of the project.

A 45-minute immersive Sound Bath with Michelle

A 40-minute guided Breathwork session with Carol-Anne

A light celebration lunch with tea and coffee

An opportunity to connect with the Freedom Project team, Community Champions and partner organisations
