Sport, School & The Head - Mattock Rangers

Balancing training, matches and study isn't easy, especially in the exam years. This free evening at Mattock Rangers is for teenage players and their parents.

Guidance counsellor Conor McCaughley (Next Level Guidance) will cover:

• Balancing training, matches and study

• Handling pressure and looking after your head

• Subject choices, the CAO, apprenticeships and other routes after school

• How parents can support without adding pressure

There's time for questions at the end.
