The renowned Arnotts Cooking Club returns with a brand-new series in the new World of Home destination on the second floor of Arnotts.

Next in the series is healthy food advocate, activist, television chef and bestselling author Sophie Morris, who will share her approach to healthy eating and her passion for making nutritious food simple and achievable.

Sophie Morris

Sophie Morris is a prominent healthy food advocate and activist, television chef, and bestselling author. Following her training at Ballymaloe Cookery School, Sophie founded and mentored a number of Irish food start ups, winning Image Magazine’s Young Businesswoman of the Year Award 2012.
