A ritual of movement, connection & letting go.

As summer slowly gives way to autumn, we arrive at the Autumn Equinox — a moment of balance between light and darkness, and a natural invitation to pause, reflect and transition.

Join us for an evening of cacao, ritual and movement, created to honour this change of season through the body.

We will begin by arriving together through a gentle cacao ceremony, followed by a simple equinox ritual to acknowledge what we are ready to release and what we want to carry into the season ahead.

Then, we dance.

No choreography.

No performance.

No right or wrong way to move.

Just music, your body and the freedom to listen to what wants to move through you.

The dance will gradually take us from grounding into expansion, and from movement into stillness, ending with a moment of rest and integration.

You don't need any dance experience.

You don't need to know what to do.

You only need to come as you are.

About Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience.

There is no choreography and no need to know how to dance.

You are invited to move in whatever way feels natural to you — slowly, wildly, softly, intensely, or not at all.

The dance is non-verbal and substance-free, creating space to connect with yourself, your body and the people around you.

We ask everyone to respect personal boundaries and the shared space.

Cacao Ceremony

We will begin by sharing cacao together, creating a moment to slow down, arrive in the body and connect with the intention of the evening.

A gentle invitation to pause, breathe and become present before entering the dance.

No previous experience with cacao ceremonies is needed.

Come as you are

You don't need to know how to dance.

You don't need to prepare anything.

You don't need to become anything.

Just come as you are.

Bring your body, your curiosity and whatever is present for you right now.

Together, we'll honour the changing season through cacao, ritual, music and movement — creating space to pause, connect, celebrate and simply be.

A moment to leave the outside world behind for a while, listen inward and let the body lead.
