This course is for anyone who has completed Reiki Level 1 and feels ready to deepen their practice and understanding of Reiki.

It may be for you if you want to strengthen your energetic sensitivity, begin working more confidently with others, or move towards offering Reiki professionally.

What you will gain from this course:

A Second Degree Attunement: Which will greatly increase the flow energy that you can channel, as well as strengthen your spiritual connection and heighten your intuition

Advanced Healing Techniques: Learn distance healing, how to give chakra readings, how to deliver healing meditations

Reiki Symbols: You will be introduced and attuned to three sacred symbols, each of which has its unique healing energy. These will greatly improve your reiki sessions.

Practicing Reiki professionally: This course will prepare you to guide others on their healing journey, including setting up your own practice if you desire.

Reiki Exchange: In the course there is plenty of time to practice giving and receiving reiki.

Reiki + Manifestation: this is about using your mind and energy to consciously create things in your life. Learning how to work with energy and practice Reiki massively accelerates this process. And I have countless examples of my own and other students that I share in this course to inspire you.

How to protect your energy: You will learn all the different ways to use reiki in your life, as well as techniques for grounding, cleansing your energy and cleansing the energy in your environment.

About your facilitator

Olivia Moynihan is a Reiki Master Teacher, holistic practitioner and founder of The Light Practice. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through energy healing, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing practices.

For the past four years, Olivia has been based at River Holistic, working with people from all walks of life in both 1:1 sessions and courses.

Her teaching style is warm, accessible and grounded, blending traditional Reiki teachings with practical tools that students can confidently bring into their everyday lives.

Known for her warm, grounded and heart-led approach, Olivia creates a supportive environment where students can learn with confidence, ask questions openly, and develop their own relationship with Reiki. Her teachings combine traditional Reiki principles with practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life.

Olivia is a member of the Reiki Federation of Ireland, and her Reiki training and certification are delivered in accordance with the Federation's standards and guidelines.

Mentorship and ongoing support

After the Level 2 training, Olivia can provide mentorship and ongoing practitioner pathway support, designed to guide you beyond Level 2 if you feel called to continue your Reiki journey. This includes practical insight into working with clients, building confidence in your practice, and understanding what it looks like to step into Reiki professionally in a grounded and supported way.
