Come and experience the relaxing and healing benefits of being bathed in sound. Allow the vibrations to wash away all your stress and tension. Experience the sound vibrations in every cell in your body, facilitating deep relaxation and healing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

In setting up the Sound Bath Tom creates a comfortable, safe space where your body can reach deep levels of relaxation, your mind becomes calm and peaceful as thoughts begin to slow down, allowing deep healing to take place on all levels.

The Sound Bath begins with a short guided-meditation to prepare your body and mind for the experience which follows. All you have to do is lie there and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you.

Tom uses a variety of sounds including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong, Drum, Koshi Chimes and Ocean Drum to create a soundscape that takes you on a healing journey deep within yourself. Join us to experience for yourself the power and magic of Sound and Vibration.
