SAMHAIN: Cacao, Ritual, Ecstatic Dance & Sound Healing

An evening of ritual, movement and sound to honour the changing seasons.

Saturday, 31 October · 7–10 PM

Segotia · Dublin 6

As the season turns towards winter, join Shakti Bloom for an evening to slow down, reconnect and spend time in the company of others.

Rooted in the Celtic seasonal calendar, Samhain offers a moment to reflect on what has passed, acknowledge what we’re ready to leave behind, and make space for what comes next.

We’ll share cacao, take part in a gentle Samhain ritual, move freely through Ecstatic Dance, and close with a sound journey.

There’s no choreography to learn, no particular way to move, and no previous experience needed. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace and take from the evening whatever feels meaningful to you.

Come as you are. There’s space for you here.

THE JOURNEY

Cacao Gathering

We’ll begin by sharing cacao and taking a moment to arrive, connect and settle into the space together.

Samhain Ritual

A guided moment of reflection to honour what has shaped us, acknowledge what we’re ready to release, and consider what we wish to carry into the next season.

Ecstatic Dance

A journey through music and free movement. No choreography, no steps to follow, and no previous dance experience needed. Just an invitation to listen to your body and move in your own way.

Sound Healing

We’ll close with a sound journey, creating space to rest, listen and integrate the experience before returning to the outside world.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This gathering is for anyone who feels drawn to movement, sound, ritual or simply taking a little time to reconnect with themselves.

You don’t need any previous experience with Ecstatic Dance, cacao ceremonies or Sound Healing. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and take from the evening whatever feels meaningful to you.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

You may wish to bring a water bottle and an extra layer for the relaxation portion.

Come to move.

Come to listen.

Come to connect.

You can go at your own pace - you can slow down, pause, sit, step outside or just observe whenever you need to.
