Join us Thursday, October 29, for THE POWER OF PAUSE exploring the science of calm, connection and community.
Join us on Thursday, October 29, for an evening dedicated to calm, community and connection, in the cosy surrounds of The Dean Townhouse for TheIMAGE Wellness Project (https://www.image.ie/wellnessproject).
This intimate evening of wellness will be hosted by the wonderful Dominique McMullan, IMAGE Consulting Editor & Brand Strategist.
Dominique will be joined by Daniella Moyles, writer, psychotherapist and founder of The STLL, Miriam Hussey, author, pharmacist and founder Soul Space, Rebecca Holland, founder of Health with Holland and science-backed health coach, and Rosanna Cooney, journalist and author of Sweathouse: The New and Ancient Irish Sauna Tradition.
Together we’ll explore the growing conversation around nervous system regulation, the importance of connection and community to our wellbeing, and how we can move away from the culture of constant busyness and burnout towards a more intentional approach to health.
What to expect:
Daniella Moyles will lead an information session about practical tools for nervous system regulation. Then we will have a conversation about connection and wellness with our wonderful panel.
The evening will include a PAUSE, a mindful moment to connect over a wellness spritz and immersive soundscape and with Emma West.
In a world that glorifies being busy, wellness is changing. We're realising that wellness can look like a room full of people chatting, breathing, and showing up for each other. Connection turns out to be just as vital to long-term health as any workout or diet ever was. Resilience isn't built alone; it's created in community and we're all craving something real.
Expect an intimate evening of calm, connection and community, because slowing down together is far more powerful than trying to do it alone.
