Special free tour of Tailors' Hall for Heritage Week 2026. This year's theme, Heritage at Risk, is particularly relevant, as Tailors' Hall was almost lost in the late 1960s. Thanks to the commitment and determination of a group of dedicated campaigners, the building was saved and remains a treasured part of our heritage today.
This ticket is for the Tuesday tour on 18 August beginning at 6pm.
There are also two more tours taking place for Heritage Week, one on Saturday 15 August at 2.30pm, and another on Wednesday 19 August at 4pm.
All welcome to this family-friendly event.
Please note that the entrance is via the Back Lane side of the building. You cannot enter through the Thomas Street/High Street side.
