About This Event

An understanding relationships workshop combining psychological insight and evidence-based research will occur at LexIcon Library on 19 September 2026. The session starts at 10:00 with tickets costing £69.00.

A workshop combining psychological insight, practical exercises and evidence-based relationship research based on Gottmans work.

About the workshop

Healthy relationships are not built on love alone. They are shaped by the ways we communicate, respond to conflict, create emotional safety, and understand ourselves and one another.

This three-hour workshop offers a calm and supportive space to explore what helps relationships thrive. It combines short presentations, guided reflection, practical exercises, and evidence-based tools drawn from the Gottman Method.

The workshop also draws on more than 15 years of therapeutic work with individuals and couples.
