Winter Yin Yoga Course with Michelle & Lisa

As winter begins to settle in, you are warmly invited to slow down and nourish yourself with Michelle and Lisa to guide you through this Yin Yoga course. Over four Monday evenings, we will take time to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for rest and reflection.

Each class will gently guide you into longer-held Yin Yoga postures, supported by props, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to quieten. These practices are designed to help you unwind at the end of the day and leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and well cared for.

Studio: Yoga Next Door at Hot Yoga Dublin

This course is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners. All props are provided. Simply wear comfortable layers and bring warm socks so you can fully relax.
