Alchemy Soundbaths Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and allow yourself an hour of deep rest, relaxation and restoration. During this Alchemy Soundbath, you will be invited to lie back comfortably and be immersed in the soothing vibrations of the gong and Crystal singing bowls. The rich tones and resonant frequencies create a peaceful environment that brings your awareness to stillness, relaxation and balance. We offer you an opportunity to reconnect to the stillness within. Simply come as you are and allow the sounds to wash over you while you rest. What to bring We provide mats to lie on. Please bring a blanket, pillow and water bottle and anything else that helps you feel cozy and relaxed. PLEASE NOTE Soundbaths are generally suitable for most people. If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy , have epilepsy, wear a pacemaker, are sound sensitive , or have any concerns about attending, please seek appropriate advice before booking.
