This session is open to all job roles from workplaces across Tayside.

Menopause mentors are identified members of staff within a workplace who can support wellbeing within their teams by encouraging discussions, signposting colleagues to relevant support, and highlighting information relating to menopause and the impact on people's lives.

This interactive session will support attendees to increase their knowledge and confidence around sharing accurate and up to date information around menopause with colleagues. The session includes sharing of key information around menopause and a chance to explore resources that can support colleagues in the workplace.

We ask those attending this session to use the menopause mentors material initially over the next year. We hope to evaluate the content and support being offered in workplaces by those attending. We hope to create a menopause mentor network where attendees of this session can come together to share learning, successes and any challenges.

Before registering your interest in this session we ask that you have capacity and agreement from your line manager to being a menopause mentor within your workplace/organisation.
