The pattern.

The overthinking.

The guilt.

The resentment.

The self-judgement.

The same old story — playing out again and again.

About This Journey

The Inception is for anyone who feels stuck in an old cycle and is ready to move.

You'll be guided through breath, sound and voice coaching to bring awareness to what has been holding you back — release what is ready to move — and reconnect with what you want to call in.

This journey includes two strong emotional release points, followed by a grounded integration phase using forgiveness, gratitude and intention-setting.

No breathwork experience needed. You lie down with headphones on and are guided through the whole experience. You remain in control throughout.

This Session Is Right For You If

✓ You're carrying resentment, guilt, shame or self-judgement

✓ You know something needs to change but can't quite move forward

✓ You want to feel clearer, lighter and more connected to yourself

✓ You're ready to stop letting the old story run the show
