As the leaves fall and the days grow shorter, there’s an invitation to slow down and let go.

These evenings bring together gentle breathwork for relaxation, guided meditation where my voice takes the lead, accompanied by the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes.

What makes this experience special is the space between, moments of silence to settle, turn inwards and let go of what you feel ready to release.

A space to slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself.
