The session will cover: Managers Skills Sessions Delivered by North Yorkshire Council’s HR Advisory Team, these sessions will focus on best practice and key legislative guidance covering the following 3 topics: Managing Attendance Resolving Issues at Work Managing Probation Understanding Your Teams Transforming a team from being a group of individuals who happen to work together into a cohesive, high performing unit is a challenge all managers face. Looking at team dynamics, motivation and engagement, this session considers how you can build a high performing team.
