An hour of relaxation and recalibration. Melt into the floor whilst the sound of the crystal bowls soothes your nervous system.

Join us for one hour of peace. No experience needed, you can lie down or sit, whichever feels most comfortable to you. You will be gently guided into a state of relaxation before the sounds of these crystal bowls help you to relax and let go. The experience is unique to everyone. People report feeling lighter, more energised and like a "shift" has taken place. My own experience was of a dramatic improvement in insomnia, which is why I wanted to share the experience with others.

Please bring a yoga mat to lie on and a cusion/ blanket/ sleeping bag - whatever makes you feel comfortable.
