About This Journey

The Inception is for anyone who feels stuck in an old cycle and is ready to move.

You'll be guided through breath, sound and voice coaching to bring awareness to what has been holding you back — and create space to step into something different.

This journey includes two strong emotional release points, followed by a grounded integration phase using forgiveness, gratitude and intention.

You lie down with headphones on and are guided through the whole experience. You remain in control throughout. No breathwork experience needed.

This Session Is Right For You If:

WHAT TO BRING

→ Yoga mat

→ Blanket

→ Pillow or cushion

→ Water bottle

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating a heavy meal in the 2 hours before the session.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts so you have time to get settled.
