The SpAH Welcome Week: Water Safety + Aqua Aerobics Taster event will be held at the Swimming Pool, Sport and Active Health (SpAH), University of Dundee in Dundee on September 18, 2026, at 09:00. The event is free to attend.

Come and try out Sport and Active Health's Swimming Pool

Come and try out Sport and Active Health's Swimming Pool where our qualified swim teachers will be on hand to show you some helpful tips and skills to keep you safe in the water and/or give you a taster of a shallow water-based exercise class.

Appropriate Swimwear must be worn to these activities (no shorts or t-shirts, swimwear only)

Location: SpAH Swimming Pool (Next to DUSA)
