Join us for our rejuvenating and strenghtening yoga sessions - Tues evenings at Tealing Village Hall !

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, or starting your yoga or fitness journey, these in-person sessions should offer something for almost everyone.

Learn various yoga poses and sequences, as you are guided in connecting breath to movement. Sessions are designed to help you improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance your overall well-being.

Grab your mat and join us for an hour of yoga flow, relaxation and self-care.

Investment -

Block of 5 sessions (5 week months) - £45

Block of 4 sessions £36

Block bookings must be paid in advance (or at first class) and are only valid for classes in the month purchased.

Drop-in / single sessions - £10 per class

Tuesday, Tealing Village Hall

5.45pm start, 1 hour class.

Please arrive 5-10 mins in advance to get set up and settled on your mat so class can start sharp.
