If U Care Share Foundation funded by Durham County Council is pleased to offer fully funded places on a 2-day ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) course.

This CPD-accredited course is open to anyone aged 16+ who lives, works, or volunteers in County Durham with those at risk of suicide.

ASIST equips participants with the skills to recognise, and act on, the signs that someone is having thoughts of suicide, and support them to stay safe from suicide.

Dates: 23 - 24 September 2026

Location: Nettlesworth Community Centre, Durham DH2 3PN

Should you cancel after the 16th September or not show up on the day, a late cancellation/non attendance fee of £175 will apply.

Refreshments: Tea and Coffee as well as water provided, attendees must bring their own lunches both days.
