🌿 DECORATING PLANT POTS & PLANTING HERBS – NEWBOTTLE

Wednesday 7th October | 9.30am–12pm

Join us at St Matthew’s Church Hall in Newbottle for a relaxed and welcoming morning of creativity, gentle activity and community connection.

During the session, you’ll have the chance to decorate your own plant pot and plant herbs to take home with you. Whether you’re looking to try something new, meet other people or simply enjoy a few hours out of the house, the session is designed to be friendly, informal and supportive.

As well as the main creative activity, the morning will include:

🌿 Gentle movement and wellbeing activities

🎨 Creative activities

💬 Conversation and community connection

Everything is provided, including all materials and refreshments, so you just need to come along and get involved.

The session is FREE for eligible participants aged 18+ who live in the Coalfields area of Sunderland.
