Q4 is the busiest email period of the year, and most businesses arrive at it without a plan.

This session fixes that. In 90 minutes you will build a working Q4 email plan for your own business, using AI to do the parts that normally take days.

I run this as a working session, not a talk. Six seats only, around one table, with plenty of room for everyone to contribute.

What we cover

What email marketing can realistically do for your kind of business, and what Q4 changes about that

Where AI genuinely helps, and where it produces work you would never send

Three worked scenarios, including the flows that turn a mailing list signup into a customer

Writing subject lines and campaign copy that sound like you, at speed

Segmenting your list so the right people get the right message

We work in Klaviyo on the screen, and the approach carries across to Mailchimp, MailerLite, Brevo, or whatever you currently use.

How the session works

We start with a conversation about email marketing across different types of business, so everyone can see where their own sits.

Then we look at three scenarios together on the screen, working through what good looks like and why.

After that you get time to build with AI yourself, applying what we have covered to your own business. ChatGPT, Claude, whichever you prefer.

Then we look at what everyone produced. This is the part that makes the session worth your morning. The whole group reviews the outputs together and I steer the conversation, so you get your own work looked at properly plus five more examples from businesses facing different versions of the same challenge. That is where the useful thinking happens.

We finish with each of you setting your own goals for what happens next.

Who this is for

Owners and marketers at growing and ambitious businesses who send email already, or know they should be, and want Q4 handled properly this year. You need no technical background and no prior experience with AI tools.

What to bring

Bring a laptop if you have one, since it makes the hands-on part easier. If you would rather not, that is fine. My laptop drives the screen and we work through everything together, so you will be able to take part either way.

Once you book, I will send three short questions about your business and your current email setup. Your answers let me prepare in advance, so your time in the room goes further.
