Games, creative activities and technology.

Optional breakout areas with wellbeing and mental and physical health professionals for confidential conversations.

No forced fun or cheesy games. Just a solid night with good people.

Forget the pub. Forget “man up”.

This isn’t networking or group therapy, and there’s zero awkward small talk.

This is a proper night out with, and for the dads who get it.

You can join in as much or as little as you like. There’s no pressure to speak or share anything personal.

Who are we & why this matters

Dad La Soul Sessions are relaxed, judgement-free social events created for dads who could use a proper night out and the chance to spend time with other people who understand the realities of fatherhood.

This isn’t networking, group therapy or an evening where you’ll be asked to share anything personal. There’s no forced fun, no spotlight and no expectation that you’ll walk in and immediately spill your guts to a room full of strangers.

Come on your own or with someone you know. Talk as much or as little as you like. There’s no pressure to perform, explain yourself or pretend everything is fine.

Because fatherhood can be brilliant, but it can also be brutal... (often within the same 5 minutes!)

Dad La Soul welcomes dads and male-identifying carers from all backgrounds and situations. Whether you’re married, single, co-parenting or still figuring it all out, you’re welcome here.
