Get ready to lose yourself in the rhythm and vibe of ecstatic dance with a fresh twist!

November Remember

Life can pull us in so many directions that we forget the truth of who we are beneath the noise, the responsibilities, and the expectations.

This evening is an invitation to remember.

Remember your breath. Remember your body. Remember your joy. Remember your freedom. Remember the magic that lives within you.

Through the medicine of movement, music, and breath, we'll journey together into a deeper connection with ourselves. Ecstatic Dance offers a safe, welcoming space to let go of what no longer serves you, awaken your energy, and feel fully alive.

Raise your vibration as you dance, express, release, celebrate, and come home to yourself.

We'll end the evening lying down in stillness, bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and Gong allowing the experience to integrate and ground deeply into your being.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, freer, more joyful, and more connected to the essence of who you truly are.

✨ Remember. Reconnect. Reawaken. Come Home to Yourself. ✨
