ACTIVATE ✨

A Conscious Winter Solstice Celebration to Activate Your Sacred Heart

Saturday 19th December 2026 | 7:00pm - 10:00pm Greenfield Centre, Eastbourne

As the Winter Solstice approaches and the year draws to a close, join us for a magical evening of movement, ceremony, music and deep connection.

ACTIVATE is a sacred gathering created to help you pause, reflect and honour the journey of the year gone by, while consciously planting seeds for the year ahead. Together, we will celebrate the returning light and awaken the wisdom, courage and love that already lives within us.

Our evening begins with a Sacred Cacao and Blue lotus Ceremony, sharing this heart-opening plant medicine in a safe and intentional space. Guided meditation, reflection and intention-setting will invite you to look back on the lessons, growth and blessings of 2026, allowing gratitude and clarity to emerge as you call in your vision for the year ahead.

From this place of openness, we will journey deeper through:

✨ Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Blue Lotus Intention Setting

✨ Ecstatic Tribal Dance Journey

✨ Live Drumming

✨ Crystal Singing Bowls

✨ Gong Bath Sound Healing

✨ Meditation & Connection

✨ Community Celebration

Through rhythm, movement and sound, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves, reconnect with your authentic self, and activate the wisdom of your heart.

No dance experience is needed. There are no steps to follow and no expectations. Simply come as you are and allow the music to move you.

This is a space for: • Reflection and renewal

• Releasing the old year with gratitude

• Setting powerful intentions for the year ahead

• Connecting with like-minded souls

• Celebrating the return of the light

• Moving freely and authentically

What to Bring

• Comfortable clothing for movement

• A journal and pen for reflection

• A water bottle

• A yoga mat, blanket or cushion for relaxation during the sound journey

All Bodies • All Hearts • All Welcome

Join us for a soulful Winter Solstice celebration of dance, ceremony, healing and community as we gather to ACTIVATE our Sacred Hearts and welcome a brighter tomorrow within.
