Winter Solstice Gong Bath

As the longest night of the year arrives, we gather to honour the Winter Solstice – a turning point where the stillness of darkness gives way to the returning light. This sacred time invites reflection, renewal, and the deep remembering of our inner strength.

Bathed in the rich, resonant frequencies of the gongs and crystal singing bowls, you will be guided into a state of deep rest and restoration. The vibrations work through body and spirit, releasing what no longer serves and opening space for fresh intentions to emerge.

Together, we mark this moment of rebirth by coming home to ourselves and lighting the fire within – a gentle ignition of hope, warmth, and inner guidance to carry us into the new cycle of the year.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own, with a pillow, for extra comfort. Please don not bring: inflatable matresses, reclining garden furniture or treatment tables. If you have a medical condition that requires special support, please message benjamin prior to booking.

Important: Doors open at 7.20pm and close at the start of the session at 7.30pm, so please arrive in time.
