Lying comfortably wrapped in blankets, you will be bathed in the therapeutic vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and shamanic instruments designed to ground your vision and clear stuck energy.

What to Bring:

Extra padding to lie on (we provide yoga mats, bolsters and blankets but you may want to bring a few extras to be fully relaxed)

Cozy layers, warm socks, and a blanket (body temperature drops during sound work)

Optional: An eye mask, water, your own crystals to charge with this lunation, and a journal for intentions

Arrival: Doors open 5 minutes prior. Please arrive promptly as late entry cannot be permitted once the journey begins.
